Fairfield Hardware believes, practices, and requires permission-based e-mail marketing. We certify that we will use our software only to send e-mails to customers that have directly consented (opted-in) to receive our newsletters into their e-mail address. We will not transmit unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam) via our system. We have collected our e-mail addresses from our website, in-store contests, and in-store requests. We also respect our customers’ time and attention by controlling the frequency of mailings to their e-mail inbox.

Why did you receive an email from Fairfield Hardware?
If you received an e-mail from us, it is because you opted-in to one of our email lists online or at the store. We certify that all e-mail addresses used in our system are opt-in names that have given permission to the us to send them e-mail. We promise to keep your e-mail address secure and private and will not use it for other purposes.
How do I get off an email list?
Each e-mail sent through the Fairfield Hardware’s system contains a link that allows subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails from us. Each e-mail contains an easy and automated way for you to unsubscribe. You may also change your expressed interests at any time by selecting an additional list to join or by changing your selection of list to receive. If you wish to unsubscribe or change your interests, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of any e-mail. If you have received an unwanted e-mail sent by Fairfield Hardware, you can follow the link at the bottom of the e-mail and unsubscribe from all lists, then delete the email or you can forward a copy of the e-mail and your comments to abuse@fairfieldhardware.com.
