Waterproof masonry, brick, patio, pavers, and flagstone surfaces with this penetrating silicone finish. The clear water-based formula dries to a matte finish in 1 hour. This product is fortified with new heavy-duty resin technology to protect against the sun’s rays, water, gasoline, and deicing salts. Tough finish but allows the natural look of the surface to come through. Do Not use below grade. Allow 60 days minimum for new concrete to cure before sealing. Clean surface with an all-purpose cleaner, dry and free of all loose, peeling paint or contaminants. Clean up with warm, soapy water. Apply with roller or low-pressure garden type sprayer. 1 gallon covers approximately 75 to 150 sq. ft. depending on porosity.
